These terms cover the use of Ecom Jarvis, a private workspace operated for the operator's own business. Using the service means accepting them.
Who may use it
Access is by invitation, limited to authorized store teams, and may be withdrawn at any time. An account is personal to the person it was issued to, and sign-in details must not be shared. Members must be old enough to enter a contract in their country.
Connected accounts
Only connect accounts, stores, advertising accounts and mailboxes that you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for meeting the terms of those platforms, and the service will not be used to work around them.
Human review
The service prepares drafts with automated assistance, including suggested replies, listings and campaign changes. That output is review-only: anything that reaches a customer or changes a live account is presented for approval first, and automatic sending is disabled.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain access to data belonging to another account, interfere with the service, or use it to send unsolicited messages or unlawful content.
Availability
This is a private tool rather than a commercial product. It may change, pause or stop at any time, and no level of availability is promised. Features can be added or removed without notice.
Your data
Business data stays yours. The service is a working layer over the connected platforms and is not a system of record, so keep your own exports and backups. Handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Liability
The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost profit, lost data or indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms can be updated. The date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means the new version applies.
